    You are invited to attend a virtual workshop focused on supporting the social emotional health and well-being of our students.  The virtual workshop addressing mental health awareness and crisis prevention topics will be conducted by nationally renowned crisis prevention and response trainer, Cheri Lovre, and will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, and Wednesday, September 15, 2021, from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  Please REGISTER HERE to attend; a confirmation email including the access link for the event will be emailed participants prior to the workshop.

    Cheri Lovre started as a Behavioral Specialist in the 1980s writing IEPs and working with behaviorally challenged students in schools. She noticed that many of the students on her caseload were struggling with grief or trauma. As a result, by the mid-80s she was training school crisis response teams (Flight Teams).  Cheri Lovre, an author and a consultant, has nearly 30 years of experience in crisis response and trauma intervention and is an internationally acclaimed leader in the field.
